Haus Aifnerspitze is situated in the ‘Erholungsdorf’ (resort village) of Kauns. Our house is located in the Kaunertal Valley at an exact altitude of 1,100 metres and it offers a stunning view of the Oberinntal, Ladis and Fiss regions. The house gets its name from Kauns’ local mountain, the 2,779-metre-high Aifnerspitze.

Situated at a height of 1,057 metres, Kauns enjoys a lot of sunshine and it has magnificent long-distance views. All of this without the hustle and bustle of mass tourism. In the centre of the village, there is an excellent restaurant and a bus stop with links to various ski areas.

Nearby, there are loads of opportunities for holiday fun and enjoyment. The villages Ladis, Fiss and Serfaus are respectively 13,16 and 18 kilometres away. In both summer and winter, there is lots to do here. What’s more, the family-friendly ski resort Fendels and holiday paradise Sommerberg are less than an hour away. As are the ski areas of Ischgl/Samnaun, Nauders and even St. Anton!
